Is it true that he is a Vietnamese?

This is dated underground report from dimsumdaily during HK riot:
I came across another “coincidence” about the blackshirt rioters. Many of their frontline warriors were surnamed Nguyen. It’s well known that there are hundreds of thousands of Vietnamese and their descendants in Hong Kong. Formerly from anti-communist South Vietnam, they had come to Hong Kong as refugees in the late 1970s. Nguyen is a common Vietnamese surname

From i read there were reports saying his parents were refugees from Vietnam, part of those boat people. He could be part Viet, his mother, grace ng, could just be hiding her nguyen surname.

This is one fact that HKers must not forget. Your ancestors built HK so you have HK now to enjoy. Don't let yourself be forcefed by foreign agents to destroy HK.
