She does know that she along with her allies have museums full of looted ancient Chinese culture and items right? Kinda hilarious when we actually look into history. Some people really aren't meant to be leaders.

I don't think Chen Wenhua replied very well at all; it was just thoughtless name-calling. I would have replied, "Says the person from a country that formed by cheating the natives into feeding them through the winter then stealing their land and killing them in the summer. Happy Thanksgiving."

And to the one talking about Americans wanting freedom, "Then stop shooting all the black ones and putting them in jail."

I do think this is quite significant. It is quite a worrying indication that the US has U-turned, just like its promise to ban TikTok which is now left hanging in the air (and leaving TikTok confused). This see-sawing will only lead people to wonder about the stability of US commitments. USA is a superpower, and its actions percolate through the world. Contradicting actions from the US is not good for economic development and stability for the rest of the world. I'm sure @plawolf will have things to say about this.

Meng's lawyers should the details of this negotiation and use it as evidence of the political nature of this extradition request.
