I think so.and it depends on what it is. For me, it can be up to 300km round trip to buy a electric drill which is used quite often so I would choose Makita but if i only wanted to use the appliance once or twice then a no name brand suffices.

I don't know much about Amazon. Some things like tools and shoes one needs to go and hold,/try the product to get the feel of it. I went for Huawei and have not regretted it.
