Oh man those guys are actually proud of this.

Man Modi is so tough. Gunning down basically unarmed apps while laughing maniacally.

Only the depraved and cowards create cartoons such as this. China needs not create any new anti-India propaganda material. This just does all the work for them.

What a way to fire up PLA soldiers by showing them this video in the briefing room. Then ask them: "This is what our enemy thinks of us Chinese. Do they deserve to win?"

Nah that would only cause the PLA soldiers to die from laughter.

Bro, that's EXPRESS.co.uk (aka Daily Express) ...

The Daily Express is a British right wing tabloid newspaper that routinely utilizes sensational headlines such as this:

. It has low quality fact reporting.

Even if such a 'military pact' does exist formally, I do not believe it will amount to anything, SEATO and MENA(at the height of the cold war mind you) exist as supposed counterparts to NATO but few have ever heard of it, it never worked and more or less disintegrated due to conflicting interests.
India has a territorial dispute, border conflicts and bad relations with every single one of its neither except for Bhutan, not to mention multiple internal insurgencies.
Is Japan going to fight Pakistan with India? Is Japan going to fight the multiple insurgencies within India? Is Japan going to mobilise its forces over slap fights in the mountain? Is Japan going to openly side with India when it gets into disputes with Nepal and Bangladesh?

I think India is more than willing to pick a fight with its neighbour for any reason(the public sentiment is there), but I doubt the Japanese give enough of a shit about India to fight Pakistan/China for India.

They don’t have enough ammo to do that and they can’t make their own. In event of war, even if Russia agrees to resupply them it will take months for the supplies to reach India since Russian planes can’t pass Chinese or Pakistanis airspace.
How would this take months? Planes can literally fly anywhere in the world in days. It might be very expensive, but it is doable

Russia supplying India in wartime would be an obvious violation of its neutrality and will endanger China-Russia relations, something Russia is ill prepared for. The best thing the Russians can hope for is for the war to end very quickly so that them not supplying the Indians with spares, kits, or new weapons, won't have huge consequences for the Indian military (and therefore is less likely to damage bilateral relations). Ultimately though, I doubt Russia would choose India over China considering the former is much less useful to Russia in every single respect and also has been moving much closer to Russia's enemies in recent times. China, as much of a potential threat and a senior partner to Russia, has moved closer to it since the Crimean annexation. The choice is obvious.

I mean I thought

Well, we're discussing under the premise if they decide to do so. Which is very unlikely but possible

Meanwhile, reality depicts a completely broken and depressed man, clueless about how to handle the ongoing coronavirus explosion, the steadily deteriorating situation on the LAC, increasingly hostile neighbors, and an economy which is set to plunge 25%. No wonder why he has resorted to petting peacocks now.
NGL, going by his youtube upload, he seems calm, doesn't appear out of touch with the priorities and he seems opposed to escalation from the start. A stark contrast from some of his overzealous supporters and party stance.
