I'm most surprised about the grey colour, which is neither typical PLA Army nor PLAAF ... as such my first thought was the Marine Corps Aviation!?

May be for the "PRC Ministry of Emergency Situations" or "Chinese civil aviation company" if this is related to recent Rostec Press Release.

But these are clearly NOT assigned to a civil company. Even more they are fully combat capable assault types, which suggest they will go to a dedicated frontline unit and not just as transports.

Maybe they are for some sort of CSAR or SpecOps units. Post-Syria Mi-17Sh types are particularly suited for that role so they could be as a stopgap while CSAR variats of Z-20/Z-18's are developed.
