The police officer that got knocked off his feet easily? That seems a little harsh. He just needs to be told to work out more, maybe with a mandatory fitness & strength test else he gets fired.
But exiling him for making the HKPF look weak and silly is a bit extreme.

You know if he cares so much about freedom, liberty and human rights, etc.

That's really not the point how physically fit a single police officer is, now is it? Putting your hands on a police officer in any shape or form in the US is assault on an officer. He could be a gaunt old man about to retire from illness or a 300 pound body builder in his prime and it would be the same charge. Try pushing past one and he will make you eat pavement with his knee on your neck. If you're stronger than him and you succeed (which isn't the hardest thing to do since US cops are often flabby and out of exercise), you will meet the same fate from several of his back-ups... if they don't just shoot you instead...
One day, American society may evolve to become civilized like China but it isn't looking good for the short term, that's for sure.
I wouldn't count on it.

For those who don't read Chinese, the first person speaking is English examiner, the 2nd person is the student.
I would like to say 'sodiasm' is literally Cantonese words for sweeping floor lady (basically janitor). The students basically answer in Cantonese but in English speaks. If you know what I mean.
