Have you ever been to mainland China?
China is not proselytizing its governmental system to any other country, so there goes you quip with regards to Communism, an Orwellian Police State, a Social Credit System, and Mass Censorship. Those who believe that China preaches or insist that other countries follow its system of government are only imagining things that are not real.
China doesn't get Communism right (as though that is a bad thing), and that is true certainly since Deng's reforms from 1978 that have lifted many hundreds of millions of people out of absolute poverty, and has brought in much state of the art and modern infrastructure, and a technologically fairly advanced country. There are very few who believe in sticking to the ideology of getting Communist right is a good thing.
China has territorial disputes in the South China Sea, but other countries also have territorial disputes that overlap not just with China's, both others. Malaysia, Vietnam, and the Philippines all have overlapping claims with one another as well. Obviously, little attention is brought to to that because they do not have the power to actively pursue their claims. There are those who are not involved in any of the dispute that take sides against and aim at just one country for obvious reasons.
There has not been any territorial expansionism by China because it is not claiming anything more than what it had long claimed. But expansionism is not limited to just territorial expansion. It is also defined as expansion of influence as through financial and economic power, and also improvement of military power and capability without even deploying military forces, as well as cultural softpower. Are those necessarily a bad thing? Obviously, those will bring about concern, anxiety, resentment, and even fear of others, and they will find reasons to criticize them. Filipino telenovelas, Korean K-Pop, and Bollywood have become very popular globally in the 21st century, there are those who dislike that sort of expansionism.
I think that's a massive claim you're pushing and if that is your take on things and the way you're going to post here there is going to be a short degree of patience for you I'm afraid.
What do you mean as it is today? Do you mean since the proclamation of the PRC?
Destroyed their culture? Are you referring to the failed Cultural Revolution, because China today is filled with references and continuity of practicing and ritually honouring customs from antiquity, dating to even before the Xia and Shang Dynasty. Does one need to list you some of the cultural and customary practices and traditions still practiced and honoured from that period to before 1949?
How about:

- Confucianism
- Toaism
- Ancestral generation
- Annual tomb cleaning
- Upkeep and construction of Chinese gardens
- Jade Carving

What we have here is a bible thumper. The bible makes no reference for Chinese because those that wrote the bible only wrote of the world they knew of. China has been around for five thousand years. The bible says the Earth has only been around for less. Wouldn't God know of his own creations if he wrote the bible? I've said that they have to take over China because China's existence proves everything they were taught to believe is a lie. They need to invade and takeover China so they can rewrite China's history. Christians are so obsessed with staking claim on the Chinese. China destroyed its culture so Christians think they can claim China like colonialist beliefs they were civilizing untamed lands and now they're angry that Chinese stole China from them like how slave masters thought they were the victim when their slaves escaped them. The Chinese are not a part of Japheth's descendants hence why Chinese were given the derogatory term "Celestials" before science fiction was popular in literature. If Chinese are not from here, they have to be from out there. Hence why aliens are short, hairless, and have almond eyes. They have to plug the holes in their fiction. Like I said before, the US can't leave China alone even when they claim they don't need China. They threaten to isolate China only because they think it'll pressure China into surrendering. China being independent having its own culture is not a crime but it's a poison pill in everything they were taught to believe.
The extent of Christian, Judeo-Christian, and Evangelicalist lobby and influence in US politics is scary. However the nation of Israel was created and supported throughout the early years by the UK empire, despite some sects of Judaism and Christianity opposing it till this day. The history of Zionism and Abrahamic faiths are certainly interesting, especially its influence on European and Arab/Middle Eastern history.
