Possibly a derivative of or simply the CS/LM12.

That scope is useless in this set-up. They need a big windowed holographic sight.
Not quite. The rotation of the barrel assembly acts as a gyroscope making electric rotary Machine guns very stable platforms. As such having a scope on such a weapon isn’t useless

I wasn’t talking about scopes on miniguns in general, but that specific layout where firstly the scope is mounted way too forward for the gunner to have any chance of getting any useful sight picture without having to get into a silly position; and secondly, even if he could get into position to see through the scope, it would be a poor choice as good luck finding your target looking through a powered scope while riding in the back of a fast moving and heavily manoeuvring helicopter.

That would depend on the scope. normally we deal with low eye relief scopes where to get a sight picture you have to be a few inches off the sight. However there have long been Long Eye Relief scopes. These allow using well having a longer distance from the scopes eyepiece.
Also low power scopes wouldn’t loose the target as quickly and would be used for spotting.
