For all we know it could just be an existing J-11B airframe with TVC engines (likely a WS-10 variant, perhaps the same type tested on the J-10B). Might not even be intended for production but just a test aircraft for data collection.

Or maybe it is nothing and the person is just talking nonsense

Assuming that the guy who posted this isn't pulling our collective leg, the possibilities of this aircraft, ranked in terms of likelihood, might be (IMO):
1. J-11D testbed with WS-10B3 TVC engines
2. J-11B testbed with WS-10B3 engines
3. J-11BG's engine finally being photographed (TVC?)
5. Regular J-11B with TVC engines

6. Su-35 modified by the Chinese.
