Does 052D even has a offensive laser? Or are they complaining for being targeted by a laser rangefinder which could be the first step of targeting.

Hohhot has some kind of device, possibly a laser, near the ESM (looks like R2D2 thingie) on the deck above the bridge. Not sure what the actual purpose of this device is.

From the above pics, you can see the containership orders for CMA CGM here.

10 15,000 TEU containerships, 5 powered by LNG, another 5 by scrubbers.

With the world economy in shambles, and global traffic down, its going to hit the shipping industry hard. With Chinese exports down, energy consumption down, oil and LNG shipments all down, this is going to be painful for the shipping and the ship building industry.

I can also see what is supposed to be Destroyer 121 still with Dalian. I was expecting that ship to get picked up and commissioned by the 10th Destroyer Flotilla of the North Seas Fleet in early 2020. I wonder if Covid19 threw cold water over those expectations.

Not from these photos. But news articles and other images show the shipyards have resumed work, some as early as two weeks ago.

But they were not posted so far? Or am I wrong?

I have only posted images and articles about AVIC facilities resuming production, but I haven't bothered with updates on shipyards. But yes, there have been plenty of photos and articles about various shipyards returning to work. In general, state-owned factories, especially those in the defense industry, appear to have been the earliest to resume production.
