Can someone shed some lights on CH-4's available to active mission. Allegedly, there is reports in the national interest that middle Eastern counties are putting CH-4 on the shelf as it has been inoperable UAV due technical issues.
China is filling gap of UAV market in Middle East and South East Asia. Would China take these reports seriously and address issues!!!

Which reports? The unreferenced news articles or the one or two officially endorsed articles like the Jordanian case? I thought that issue's been addressed? Jordan says their drones are not what they are looking for basically. I'm not looking for a Ferrari because I live in a city with terrible road quality. This does not mean Ferraris are all shit for every purpose.

Now I'd like to see some referenced articles mentioning that other Middle Eastern nations are "shelving" their "inoperable" UAVs. The amount of slander against Chinese on the internet is next level. While all this may actually be true and the explanations, reasonable and withheld, we shouldn't just blindly trust Western sourced articles on Chinese related matters just like we shouldn't trust North Korean articles on the US. That much is obvious.

Iraq is the latest country to shelf CH-4. This is a constructive criticism. You have to understand China is the third largest drone exporter in the planet. Blaming road conditions wouldn't work. It's time to improve and innovate. Drones are very useful tools of the trade.

David Axe is the source that you quote He is long time china basher The Irak question is related to maintenance and you forgot to mention the next paragraph which said

Alongside the Chinese-made CH-4s, Iraq also acquired 10 smaller ScanEagle drones from U.S. manufacturer Insitu.

But according to inspector-general, the ScanEagles flew just two sorties between March and June 2019 owing to a "combination of Iraqi training in the United States, a lapse in maintenance contracts and problems with signal interference.”

In other word it could be that Iraki maintenance suck

1 operational in 10. I'm not sure that rate is the same across the board. For example Eurofighter operation rate in German airforce is ridiculously low. About 20% mark if I recall (at one point if not still true and probably for reasons not directly to do with the performance and quality of the fighter). That operational availability rate is higher in RAF. They operate basically the same equipment in the typhoon. Similarly I doubt 1 in 10 operational is true for all ch4 operators, if any outside of Iraq.

Best hint this is a maintenance or another issue outside of the OEM's control is the fact that the American drones are also experiencing maintenance woes and inexplicable comm break downs. The reason for the ch4 operational availability is not explained. It's certainly not a great idea to make any conclusions from this. Otherwise we should also think US drones must also suck and their manufacturers need to lift their game lol.

Iraq is hardly a good example of a nation with a strong competency track record even before all the corruption and direct access by hostile foreign powers. You think is beyond the likes of Boeing or the CIA to hand an Iraqi technician a bag of money and say ‘make sure those drones don’t work’?

I don't dispute your claim but China has vast interest in Middle East. I am sure Chinese doesn't watch from distance while others disable Drones. I am sure Chinese also have money to spend on cat and mouse game.
Point is, innovation will be the driver of buyers satisfaction not a bag full of cash.

The title of the article is completely out of place.

If you look at the content of the article, the author has not referred to any single source from any middle eastern countries in respect of their opinion on the Chinese drones.

The title of the article makes it sound like it's the opinion of middle eastern countries while it's in fact completely his own opinion and imagination.

This is exactly what I mean. Half of the crap spewed is pure falsity or exaggerations and accusations. Usually evidence is ignored and these propagandists (in all their forms) then appeal to their target audience's emotions. Evidence is unnecessary at that point. Those who are so inclined do not require evidence and those who have the critical thinking abilities cannot be fooled by this sort of propaganda anyway... just call those guys commies/ traitors/ apologists etc etc etc. Damn they're good at this sort of immature game. Rather than putting aside differences between colours, governments, economic systems, and aligning common human interests and resolving common problems as a team, these idiots are too worried that their hold on the world order is being threatened by leadership and structures they do not completely 100% dominate. Therefore defamation of the highest effort is in place and will only get worse. These are but small examples of the overall strategy.

I wrote before about how journalists write their stories revealed by a journalist. There were stories upon stories about a decade ago where owners of French wine vineyards were up in arms that Chinese were buying up French vineyards. A journalist in the US decided he was going to write about it based on what he's been reading but then he decided he was going to fly to France to see himself. He found out no such thing was happening and he found only one owner that was concerned if that was happening. So it only takes one journalist to lie and thereafter every other journalist will write up their own stories based on that lie without ever doing any investigative journalism themselves.
