Re: the real WZ 10

huh? yes, I can see that article is way off. You don't need to point that out again. And as I stated, the only possible thing up for export imo is Z-9G. Why do people keep on thinking China will export their latest stuff like J-10, WZ-10 and KJ-2000?

It does not have to be their latest and greatest, it could be an export version instead, with down-graded electronics, etc.

And additional for a fan-art model - similar to the one posted some time ago - it looks too detailed !

For my opinion this is not a Chinese garage, where someone builds his WZ-model, but some kind of a facility within the factory !

If its just a highly detailed engineering mock-up, a prototype (maybe for stress-tests) or a real flying machine ... I can't say ... but I tend to say this is a "real" WZ-10 fuselage !

Come on Deino! Do you actually think that is real? The picture is CGed. Just compare to the real WZ-10 pics. The two dont look alike if you ask me.

Hmmm ... I truely don't think that this is an CG in the same manner like that XXJ CG we saw a while ago. I think it could be that someone used photoshop to cut a picture of a real mock-up ore something similar and "doctored" it into this "garage" but esp. with comparing with the few real WZ-10 pictures this model looks the most realistic: it has the same angled fuselage sides, a similar cockpit arrangement, that "bumpy" engine compartment, the same bumps on the cheeks .... I don't see any evidence to say this is not a real WZ-10 only because the location is very strange !!!

by thinking to your arguements:
the strange location and the photoshopped garage arround the hull (there is no shadow of the hull inside at the wall, whereas other things - in the corner at the right hand - have some shadow) make me first thinking "not real"
but your arguements ..... hmmmm ......

that's it - you hit the nail, I think

Looking closely along the hull, I can see some blurriness where the hull meets the rest of the image. I don't usually see that in what are considered real images, and as such, leads me to believe that this is a Photoshop of two images put together as one. I will agree with you Sczepan.

Looks legit enough to me. I must say, wz10 keeps getting prettier and prettier in my eyes. DEfinitely one of nicest looking craft of its class. Looks a bit bigger than Tiger, too.

The pic looks like a real photo to me, but I have two questions to the photo:

1). What is the yellow-white one behind it?

2). There isn't any hard proof that the helo belong to PLAAF.
