Bounty hunters are hired professionals by the police and government to mostly track and/or arrest dangerous criminals that violated their parole and such. I don't think they were wanting to or trying to kill the office guy, but the perpetrator was so happen to be in a car dealership to buy car in the office when the bounty hunters moved in to make an arrest. I guess they didn't know he carried a gun (illegally) with him when he started the shooting.

The guy pulled out a gun which then gives the excuse for the bounty hunters to use deadly force. As Equation said, it was incompetently handled by the bounty hunters.

Perhaps I don't understand legal system in western countries. So far, I think to investigate or track down some case or person, you can do it in a secret maner, in which none police personnel can be hired to handle the case. But to arrest somebody, you need police (or else what are police paid for?), and in case it is not immediate criminal, you'd need a warrant from court to arrest someone.

For the US, where guns are spread when arresting somebody, you are expected the person to carry a gun, and always be ready for a firefight. When two arm men with gun ready in hands get killed by an unprepared person, it's rather stupid.

not surprising about the Chinese fan of Ivanka in that article.

There are studies that conclude that the most beautiful face is the combination of most average features in any given people (race, sub-group of human). So it is only natural that the most beautiful face of the whole human race being the mixed/average features of all human population.

To make myself clear, by average I mean the mid point of any dimension.

More likely, they are both recipients of cosmetic surgery, which is why their facial features look similar.

Oh yes, but how many were impressed in 3 armies on 2 different sides?
Probably no one else. I could only wonder what went through the man's mind through it all. Interesting that he chose not to discuss his experience later in life, although it would have been one fascinating memoirs.

Yang Kyoungjong wasn't the only East Asian to serve in the German Army, Chiang Wei-kuo, the adopted son of RoC President Chiang Kai-shek, commanded a panzer unit in Germany's push into Austria and was promoted to lieutenant for leading his troops. He was recalled back to China right before receiving marching orders to fight in Poland. Truth is often stranger than fiction.

The bolded part of your post is incorrect. Bounty hunters are hired by for-profit private businesses - bail bondsmen - who make money by covering the bail of someone due in court and charging them a fee for it. When their customers skip bail the bail bondsmen lose money, so bounty hunters are hired to bring the person in so bail bondsmen can get their bail money back from the authorities.

As stated in my previous post; I don't understand the way legal system in western countries work. However, I supposed the term bounty hunters only appear in movies. Never thought they actually exist in real life.
