Be nice to see the J-10C with AESA.

Probably not, and I don't think most people will even know that there is a J-10C that exists anyway. Hell I doubt most people even knows the external difference between a J-10A and J-10B, let alone differentiating between a J-10B and J-10C, which can only be seen based on an extra couple of antennae.

Agreed on general public not knowing subtle differences between J-10B's and C's, but A's have very different air intakes, and I think they'll see the difference.

Well, don't be so sure! My wife can't tell the difference between a fighter and a bomber. I once showed her a picture of an F-16 and she said it was a nice looking bomber. I asked how she came up with the conclusion that it was a bomber. She said she saw all the bombs hanging off the wings... of course it had to be a bomber... you can't beat that logic..

i doubt most people could tell the difference between J-10A and J-10B. But I would be excited to see more photos of J-10B or C regardless of which one shows up. My guess is they would bring J-10B with WS-10B engine so they can say it uses indigenous engine now.

Looks like they'll showcase J-20's radar at Zhuhai as well.

It'll be the first time China displayed an AESA at Zhuhai if the rumor is true.

I assume they mean having a separate specific stand for an airborne fighter AESA, because they've shown ground based AESAs and AEW&C with AESAs in various forms before.
