Re: Japanese ships dusrupted chinese naval exercicies

What right does PLAN think they have in dictating another country's affair in international waters?

First of all, it was a Japanese ship disrupting a Chinese military exercise in international waters, not the other way around. if you want to talk about rights. What rights does Japan have dictating the affairs of other countries in international waters? Japan is the one sending surveillance ships and aircraft shadowing Chinese exercises, they are the ones who send fighters to intercept Chinese planes when it is still hundreds of miles away from Japanese air space? They are the ones who send helos to monitor PLAN ships when they are maneuvering pass the 1st island chain in INTERNATIONAL WATERS. so dont get your story twisted and spew false information.

I don't want to be a warmonger or anything. But if Japan keep this kind of things up, it will be escalated. And its only a matter of time before they make a mistake and give China a reason/excuse to retaliate... especially right now when anti-Japanese sentiment are high among the citizens in China.

Yes, but Japan is not the one protesting of those things. It's been on the news but the only time Japan made a formal protest against PRC is when PLAN locked on with a firing radar, flying a helo 300m towards a warship and/or entered Japan claimed territory.
Japan's official statement towards other nation's passage through Japanese EEZ is that it is within their right for safe passage. Japan shadowing another vessel during that transition and or flying an escort to meet suspicious planes headed towards Japan is standard procedure by any nation and within those nation's rights as well.

Japanese claimed territory is not the same as Japanese territory. I can claim your house, doesn't make it mine.

In other Chinese news, Chinese navy expert said that the Japanese action is a violation of international norms and a provocation. He also said : "每次我国海军出海训练或是演习,穿越岛链时,他们都会有舰艇或者飞机跟踪我们。但像这次这么明目张胆地闯入演习区的行为,还是首次。"

Every time our Navy sail for training or exercises, through the island chain, they will have a ship or aircraft follow and track us. But like this so brazenly broke into the exercise zone behavior, is for the first time.

It is still Japan's official position towards the island and there are no claim made to the International Court of Justice to state otherwise.
We can agree to disagree but that is far as it gets and I am not going into an argument over this.

That is clear violation of international law. All countries need to respect another countries maritime drill when its condition fulfil all lawful terms. Charging into indicated drill area is clearly show JMSDF lack of respect of others, endangering own self and offender that shall be condemned.

There are clearly not too many details and let's keep calm with Chinese 'press' when it comes to experts stating their views and jumping to conclusions from that. It's not as clear as when there was that recent 'radar' happening when Japan said 'you did this', Chinese said 'no', Japanese replied with 'do we have to show the data?' and Chinese '...' Japanese minister Onodera said that there weren't any violations against international laws. If what he says isn't true Chinese side should show a concrete base to say it happened.

...and they won't show it ;)

because you can't argue over it. Japanese official position don't mean shit if no one admits it on the international stage.

As I said there is no claim made by PRC towards the International Court of Justice so, Japan's position is the only one that is acknowledged.
