Japanese ships disrupted Chinese naval exercises

I don't give a damn if my entire street "recognise" that my neighbour owns my TV, it's my TV, they can suck it up. Likewise, I don't care if all 191 other countries "recognise" Japan's claim to Chinese territory, it's Chinese territory, end of story.

Yes, but the neighbors would not take it kindly if you try to take it by force. Think about it.

==Edit==

Oh yeah, one more thing that is the very reason International Court of Justice was established, to seek moderation of two nations in dispute in a civilized manner by a third party and not reacting to hostile manner.

That is indeed an issue, there isn't enough 'might' to enforce my 'right'. But if my arsenal is larger than the entire street's and some combined and I also have a small army at my disposal, I don't think they'll utter a sound. If you think this is overkill for reclamation of something so trivial as a TV, think about how much more of an overkill an arms buildup is for a small piece of rock in the ocean. It's not about the material gain, it's a matter of principle; one's property, no matter how insignificant, will legitimately remain one's property regardless of the disparity in might.

Does this sound like a threat?
Humm, I wonder.

Samurai Blue, if you don't want to get banned from here, I suggest you keep your posts on topic. This thread is not about the island dispute, it's about the Japanese disruption of Chinese naval exercises. We've had threads about the former, and they've all been closed for a reason. Since you're new here, I will give you the benefit of doubt and not assume that you're a troll.

To the other posters, please don't get dragged into the political argument. We've all been there before, many times in fact, and it inevitably ends up in the thread getting locked.

There are clearly not too many details and let's keep calm with Chinese 'press' when it comes to experts stating their views and jumping to conclusions from that. It's not as clear as when there was that recent 'radar' happening when Japan said 'you did this', Chinese said 'no', Japanese replied with 'do we have to show the data?' and Chinese '...' Japanese minister Onodera said that there weren't any violations against international laws. If what he says isn't true Chinese side should show a concrete base to say it happened.

...and they won't show it ;)

Why do you think China will not show the evidence? China is trying to play the escalating game where Japan think they have the moral ground and drag this issue for few days. Before humilitate the Japan side by showing clear position of JMSDF ship to see who is who lying.

Unless the MOD of China is clearingly out of his mind by trying to play a fabricate case and risking China prestige and stand.

I thought in that incident, it was the Chinese who asked for data of the actual locking and the Japanese official refused to show the actual data...

Never the less it is still an international treaty that had been signed and recognized by 40 nations around the world. How many nations recognize PRC's claim?

End of story.

Aside from the irregularities of TSF, with neither Chinas directly participating and signing it, you've forgotten that Japan signed a the Treaty of Peace and Friendship between Japan and PROC which affirms the Cairo Declaration. This treaty to my knowledge is still in effect and hasn't been abrograted.

The radar incident is as clear as muddy water. You're saying China needs to provide evidence for the current disruption but Japan never provided any evidence about the radar lock either. Japan backed down claiming it was sensitive info but whatever the excuse is, that's how it stands, no evidence provided. :p
