Well based on magazine print outs posted earlier in this thread (pg15), the 071's well deck is at least 16m wide. The 022 is 12m wide. The height is less then 15m, so it should be able to physically fit. The biggest issue would be the draft. 022 requires at least 1.5m. I doubt the 071's well floods that deep.

most recent photo of 999. I haven't really spotted anything new to report on it. I've read some speculations that HQ-10 is supposed to appear on this thing, but have seen no sign of it thus far.

Well, just found this article. I guess this is official. It's name is that. According to this article, Type 071 is 210 m long, 28 m wide and have displacement of 19000 tons.

On an off-topic joke...I just have a few laughs with others on the ship numbers and how'd the cities sought after them...heard that back then Shenzhen wanted the 168 named after their city pretty badly, with obvious reasons...then I said the "golden number" would be no other than 998, but that goes to a mountain range...

I noticed the original 071 is from the same "generation" as the 054, with Type 360/363 radar, AK-630 CIWS, and HQ-7 SAM. Since the PLAN has upgraded the sensors and CIWS on 054A, I'm curious to see if the new 071 LPD would follow. HQ-10 is unrealistic though.

But from the pictures it looks like 999 is the same as 998 so I suppose the PLAN believes 4 AK-630 is enough.
Oh I think HQ-10 won't be too unrealistic -- they're being put on the varyag and the 056 corvettes after all.
