Could it be an CH-6?From that altitude, at this distance, with the specific camera quality in question? I would not rule it out being a bizjet.

That said whether it's a bizjet or a drone doesn't really matter -- we know the PLA have many weird and wonderful UAVs of different sizes and configurations anyhow, and whether this specific thing is a UAV doesn't really matter

Jet liners move much faster than people give them credit for. Some cruise around 600 mph.Whatever it is, it's moving fast. Contrails happen when the aircraft is between 28K-40K ft altitude. Normally going from horizon to horizon you'll see from the back end of the contrails it'll be visibly dissipated. Here it's still pretty tight meaning it's moving pretty fast probably more than a standard commercial aircraft.
Bizjets can cruise up to M0.95 and fly higher than regular passenger jets.Whatever it is, it's moving fast. Contrails happen when the aircraft is between 28K-40K ft altitude. I don't think the CH-6 has made its maiden flight yet!
