It was tested in desert terrain, and Norinco employees mentioned in video that it was shown to "the country's president," leading to speculation that it was either Algeria or Egypt.

Otter says it’s Egypt.

However, if you look at the road markers in the photo they seem consistent with UAE. Kinda difficult to tell.

What about the AHEAD ammo fuze setter?

Isn't the fuze setter integrated into the Muzzle brake, or rather the muzzle brake is a nice side effect of the fuze setter design. So wouldn't removing the muzzle brake mean also removing the fuze setter?
