they are well aware about the rocket force abilities though they think they are ready to fight like Iranian IRGC and when they time comes USA navy will support them fully backed up though if that time will come Nicobar will be out of business for a very long time

If it comes to this, then we are not far from a nuclear war, and it is very possible that Chinese decision-makers decide it is easier to open any blockade by persuading the Indian government in person, by trying to march the PLA down to New Delhi.
What do Indonesia and Malaysia think about this? I'm sure Indonesia will be really happy!
Indians forgetting that the Northern route exists and the fact that thanks to the pollution they refuse to address, it will only become more usable each decade.

Honestly this is the best idea ever. Instead of spending money on frivolous things economic reforms, anti-corruption efforts, and expanding public education, India's path to power are military projects with no realistic strategy, using money they don't have, exploiting logistics that don't exist.
Surely the Chinese are quaking in their boots at the infinite wisdom of Indian media! After all, everyone knows all of China's factories are fake, the buildings are made of soyboy tofu, and the economy will collapse 20 years ago. Indian media never lies!
Well, basis of India sitting as a sort of a dagger over the main sloc via Malacca is still a basic geography truth.
I don't think it's especially funny after Hormuz got closed. Yes, China was prepared better than most, and for now it is a positive development for it.

Well known geographic barrier which was used this way in the past, 3rd economy in the world, and non-existing logistics (where ships sail through, Earth crust?).
Frankly speaking, one of more obvious and immediate (secondary) goals for blue water PLAN & long range amphibious capability is exactly this specific scenario.
