Don Tzu: No one knows China better than me.
Gordon finally exposed. Nevertheless, he still did a good job.
Interesting use of words.Unbelievable victory for the opposition in Hungary.
I wish someone asked her, "But what if this person who criticizes Israel is in China? Then what will you do?" LOL
All the Chinese investments in Hungary looks unwise all of a sudden. None of the EU countries are worth investing
Interesting use of words.
Note the colors red and blue. The red group (MSZP, Socialist Party of Hungary) and blue group (DK, Democratic Coalition) are on the left.

Note that the same parties are around and there are only a few minor shifts. In particular, red+blue just switches a few seats. Note that there is no light blue (TISZA) despite it forming in 2020.

So it seems TISZA, absent on the political stage as of 4 years ago, and espousing the same ideology as Fidesz (right wing), has managed to attract not only other right winger voters from Fidesz, but also far left people from MSZP and DK (red/blue). Interesting.
Maybe I'm getting old and becoming a boomer unc, but as time passes I see all this stuff is basically noise that doesn't mean much in the grand scheme of things. They will talk all this crap on cameras and as soon as they are turned off, they will do a 180 behind closed doors. Elections are just ways to make normies feel like they are making a difference and to satisfy their election year cycle dopamine receptors. It's not that big of deal IMO. To paraphrase a famous Chinese political commentator (in reference to another country), "It doesn't matter who wins the election, whether they're Western-leaning or not. In the end, if they want affordable, decent quality goods in sufficient quantity they'll have no choice but to trade with China."
Also if the new Hungarian government is irrational enough to go full Lithuania mode then I guess it may sting China a little, but it'll be ultimately irrelevant in the overall picture. They'll be sacrificing their own economy and development more than anything.
Honestly, i highly doubt that the socialists would vote for TISZA, there's a highly suspicious lack of party diversity to the point where China's national people's congress has more diversity, there's something's fishy here. There's straight up just missing parties that should have gotten votes, and also the entire legislature is comprised of right wing parties, with a suspicious lack of an actual left wing opposition.Interesting use of words.

They can only do this enough times before people loose faith in democracy and overthrow their government especially with the upcoming economic crisis, it will be a major test for these governments, and if they fail to manage it, it will be game over for them.Let’s not forget that the EU basically cancelled the result of a free and fair European election because they didn’t like the outcome. With all the bad press they got for that, would it be any surprise that they decided to make sure their candidate ‘won’ from the get-go next time instead of having to do more cancellings?
