Fundamentally I'm not opposed to the concept of a triumphal arch, though perhaps its design could look more "American".
But I do think they should be built after, you know, an actual triumph.
It will make sense if you drop the letter i and h in Triumph arch. And replace the wing euro chick on top by God Emperor statue himself.
And Epstein's face on all those smaller statues dotted around the arch.
