For all we know it could be a test platform for a Raygun. You can’t really tell based on a grainy photo.


The first one had a flag on the tail and IMO the number looks like 7821

It’s interesting that they’ve gone back to using a rotating disk instead of fixed three-D array. Did any insider explain the reasoning and tradeoffs?
