How weak is Venezuela? Could they not detect the incoming missiles or helicopters?

I would think they should try to spread out their aircrafts or hide some underground?

Or even get some of their soldiers manpads to shoot down the helicopters. At least make it somewhat costly for the US to invade.

I really hope the Maduro govt has contingencies and armed and spread out their army and militia and ready for a drawn out war, but that may be wishful thinking
