It looks like a Sino-SURTASS.

Specifically, the Type 816 (formerly known as Type 927, which is now considered the designation for the new submarine salvage design) acoustic surveillance ship (or T-AGOS, as noted).

Tbh at this point I think it might be more productive to just wait until PRC state media or social media show us. I can't imagine we'll be able to get too many days of forewarning based on how things are going.
