One'd have thought that's quite a pomp for bossman to fly from Beijing to Hainan Island in such, but then again they pulled B-2481 from the flightline for the VIP transport role to APEC summit anyway, might as well make one more return trip to make it worth the buck...

It might not be just him on board as other officials are also attending the ceremony. In fact, top PLA leaders were at the Bayi Building just a few days ago for a major meeting.

No the event itself will not be streamed. It'll happen in the afternoon but we will probably only get footage of it from CCTV news tonight.
