Some sources are claiming that this was a ballistic strike that released about 6 to 8 other small missiles in a downward trajectory that reminds me a lot of a Sarmat.

This was reported early in the war but I don't know if it has been confirmed, but I highly doubt that the IAF has any air bases in Syria as backup, the Turks would have to be very lenient with Israel not to do anything about it. I posted yesterday about an IAF tweet showing several REVOs, including F-35s, I believe they are using their own bases in Israel.
Launching from Qatar is suicide! Hence why they evacuated, indicating US strikes are most likely incoming soon. Abu Nakhla AFB is not even 300km from Iran, and under an extremely busy civilian air traffic corridor.

I think it’s horrible and I am sad they killed innocent civilians at a bread line, they might have hit a command center but it looks more like an hospital

Aside from Qatar's proximity to Iran, the al-Thanis also don't want their little sheikhdom to be on the receiving end of Iranian strikes whatsoever.

The Israelis and Iranians might pay lip service to the de jure laws of war, but when your blood feud is older than most modern nation-states, de facto operational practices will inevitably disregard modern legal inconveniences.

They're dead, in custody, or attempting to evade Iranian security forces, which would obviously give them cause to disconnect any and all electronic devices capable of uploading or streaming footage.
