I wonder if Pakistan face a military defeat, would China initiate an airlift similar to US operation Nickel Grass for Israel after Yom Kippur war ? If that is happening, what kind of weapons would be sent ?
If I were the decision-maker, I might send FPVs and anti-tank missiles to Pakistan by the ton. The Indian army is a relatively conservative force and is unlikely to sustain a strategic offensive in the absence of armored strength.

In case of a military defeat, Pakistan will use nuclear weapons. Pakistan is perhaps the only country with a stated first-use Nuke policy.

This is how you deal with bullies 10x your size or end up like Iraq, Libya, Syria.

Pakistan can handle itself, chill.
Sure it can handle itself, but Chinese influence is waning in Pakistan. CPEC was to be the Chinese anchor in Pakistan but that has failed tremendously. Pakistan is trying hard to decrease military dependence on China though various domestic and international programs. Soon China is not going to have any clout whatsoever inside Pakistan. No political, no economic, almost no military and no media clout. Two alien cultures only tied by their animosity against India.

China is lucky Indian geopolitics is an utter basket case as they can't turn a culturally and historically very similar peoples into a friend.

A Pakistan and India peace-treaty and friendship is going to be the biggest headache for China. Even bigger than Taiwan. Imagine the resentment for Tibet and Xinjiang combined into a 1.6 billion population armed with nukes and supported by the superpower of the world.

But how long will this Pakistan-India animosity exist? Just look at how fast the Arabs have turned towards Israel. The same could be happening with Pakistan and India. What can China do to prevent this? Nothing whatsoever besides potentially promising another CPEC like project on worse terms.

Look at how China is unable to pacify the Philippines. Their new president offered the Chinese good relations in return for support against a potential coup. China declined and now they are antagonistic again with US backing.
