Houthis attack, rumors that 4 global internet submarine cables were cut in the Red Sea, with this 25% of global internet traffic was affected.

Don't fall for this propaganda. The 'Houthi cutting cables' idea first appeared on a webpage operated by ex-MOSSAD (MEMRI organization), after which it was copy-pasted by Western media.

Seems the Houthis finally got a big hit on a US-owned ship:

The report says the ship isn't affiliated with the US, nor Yemen has commented on it.

Btw, Houthi is a reductive diminutive employed by the West, the same way it refers to China as CCP, to Russia as Putin's regime, or to Afghanistan as Taliban. Houthi are the de facto government of Yemen. Houthi army is the standard retinue of Yemen. There's no reason why anybody should adopt these silly Western label(s) and not call them by what the actually are: Yemeni.

If you look at a map with the population density of Yemen:

And then compare it with the areas of Houthi control:

You will see that the Houthis control most of the densely populated areas. And the area supposedly controlled by the "Yemeni government" is basically devoid of population.

This is how the terrain looks like.

Good luck taking the Houthis down from those 3000 meter plus high mountains. The Saudis and the Gulf countries sure tried for many years and failed. Yemen also has a roughly similar population to Afghanistan. 34 million people versus 39 million.
