Here is the important part:

In other words, the death of the Chinese model is greatly exaggerated.

I don't have issues with posting twitter threads if they are useful, but can you not make multiple posts with links to multiple tweets from the same thread? It's difficult to read and not suited to SDF's formatting structure. Cause you just made like three posts that had about nine links to tweets in the same thread.

Feel free to just post the opening tweet of a thread with an explanation for why it's worth reading, or use a thread compiler tool and you can link to that once it's compiled instead.

The phrase "regardless of the outcome" can only come from a mind completely consumed by ideology. You've got the reason America is going to get flushed down the toilet in the 21st century straight from the horse's mouth.

"Regardless of the outcome."
I'd go further and say it's more than ideology. It sounds as if they've realised it is a bad policy but it's too late to do anything about it. Rather like when the captain of the Titanic finally spotted the iceberg. Too late to change course, so may as well go full steam ahead...

Also, a high fence sounds a lot like a wall. I thought democracts believed walls were racist?

The US hoping on hope arguing that China has a inventory of SK Hynix chips and once they run out Huawei can't make anymore phones. If Huawei does have a stockpile of Hynix chips, it's most likely because they're using it up before they start using domestic versions. I seem to recall reading articles that China made successful versions of those types of chips.

China prefers guns over butter? The gaslighting is so bad, even Rahul Gandhi and Robert Spalding won't agree.

As soon as China's auto industry reached the commandeering position in the world, the floodgate of copium opened in some Western MSM.

Here is a thread that argues why the current overcapacity in China's auto industry is not a real problem - it will be solved with competition.

To be continued below...
Dont they get it, China is preparing for war so maybe they can keep peace.

Having some "inefficiency" into your industry by having more capacity means the tools, factory and most importantly the people are ready to kick up production of what ever is needed for the potential war effort.

That why Russia is out producing NATO backed Ukraine in shells and war machines.
