What's funny is that while everyone knows that Biden has cut a deal with Modi for India to slow down and stall Bricks expansion, India acts like it just came up with these new requirements by its own lol

The BRICS country official said that admission criteria India's Modi proposed included requiring members not be the target of international sanctions, ruling out potential candidates Iran and Venezuela.

India's negotiation is gonna get shot down here too, since I doubt anyone else likes their proposal. They would have delayed admissions by days to weeks. Spiteful and useless, much like the Indian national character.

A larger BRICS is good, that should be a good development for all members, as that would open up more possibilities for the group.

So a rather fiendish development here.

Either India is blocking the expansion of BRICS because,

A - they are the stooge of the American ... OR ...

B - they are self-sabotaging stooge in of itself

I tend to believe in the latter, because the former we need to believe in conspiracy. I have a rule, that I only do conspiracy only on the weekends, and sometimes Friday.

Too many major corporations invested heavily into India, only to see themselves attacked by the Indian government later, making those companies to cut losses and get the hell out.

No one in this world does this type of self-sabotage, but only in India.
