But things going nicely for futur FTI, i think Jura really you get bored with Type 31 ( i hope finaly not a OPV LOL ) and you come for look the French stuff o_O

I am enough aware without to be " cavalier " :) with very good French observers well informed and magazines for these ships.

So normaly a model of FTI presented during Euronaval

New AESA radar Sea Fire normaly is planned for replace Arabel used by Aquitaine ASW on new variant AAW for get a true Aegis Like ship seems on the way and a good news.
Or one other solution an Arabel more powerful but for me don' t want Sea Fire with 4 AESA radars etc..

Also these FFG for me don't need LACM with the more big VLS Sylver A 70 only which can host this missile the more long again more than an Aster 30.
Sylver A 50 get sufficient with Aster 15/30 or also A 43 for Aster 15

More small VLS surely less expensive and sufficient for this class, main things have a big number of missiles qty ideal 32 cell's.

Glad to see the 4th French FREMM going on trials right after the 5th was launched.

French yards are pushing these excellent frigates out to sea and that is a good thing.

So far, the French have launched:

    5 for the French Navy
    1 for the Moroccan Nay
    1 for the Egyptian Navy

    That's seven all together.

    The Italians have launched:

    6 for the Italian Navy

That's an overall total of thirteen of these frigates launched since the first hit the water in April of 2010.

Three more left for France and four more left for Italy, which will mean 20 all together, unless other nations order more, which is a possibility.
