According to recent posts, a new VT-5 light tank will debut at the exhibition. We do not know any technical information, but there are a couple of possibilities:

1. This is the export iteration of the "Rabbit" light tank that has been unveiled online for the past years.

2. This is the export iteration of the PLA's next-generation MBT, which would weigh ~40 tons. Henri K. claims that a prototype might have been completed by 2014. According to speculation, this vehicle would have an electrothermal gun, improved versatility, increased situational awareness.

a "classified aircraft" provided by PLA (not SAC or AVIC, and in chinese it is a "fighter" not a helo...), so there is a very good chance J-20 is to fly at Zhuhai Airshow.
When J-31 appeared in the last airshow, it also was described as a "classified", but the provider was AVIC instead of PLA.

Well, the list of aircraft that falls under "classified" is actually quite long - Z-20, Z-18, J-20, J-10C, J-15 (the catapult-launched version), plus a few other UCAV from time to time, since they are all still yet to be officially debuted they are officially "classified".
