yes very, which means there can only be 2 conclusions.

That is certainly NOT the first flight or those weapons are either inerts or total mock up.

Probably the second possibility since even active aircraft in PLA service regularly carry inert mockups for training. All the blue PL-12s and PL-8s we see dangling from J-10s and J-11s are training rounds whose purpose is to simulate weight and drag. It's perfectly reasonable to think the Z-19E flew with an inert loadout for its first flight.

Not really. It is unlikely a completely untried airframe will fly for the first time with more weight than absolutely necessary. The more weight, the more severe the consequences of a lot of potential faults to be uncovered during the first test flights.

The Z-19E is a tweaked export version of the Z-19. To call it a completely new aircraft is misleading. It's more than likely that airframe and propulsion-wise, there are no differences between the mature Z-19 and the Z-19E.

Unveiled for the first time in 2015 at the China Helicopter Exhibition and Dubai Airshow as a mock-up, and then at the Zhuhai 2016 Air Show as a static aircraft, the light - duty Z-19E helicopter made its first flight on Thursday, May 18th at Harbin, where it was built.

Designed by Chinese manufacturer HAIG (Harbin Aircraft Industry Group), a subsidiary of the AVIC Group and one of China's two main helicopter manufacturers, the Z-19E is a variant developed from the basic Z- 19 of the Chinese Army, and entirely dedicated to export.

HAIG gave him the name of 鸢, which means Milvus in Chinese. One can also notice its symbol on the fenestron tail of the device.

The physical characteristics of the helicopter are generally identical to its elder, which measures 12 meters long and 4 meters high. The rotor diameter is 12.01 meters, with a maximum take-off weight of 4,250 kg, which is 250 kg less than the Chinese Army version.

The Z-19E can carry up to 16 Air-Air / Air-to-Air missiles, as well as rocket baskets and gun pod under its two wings for reconnaissance, anti-tank or air combat missions.

The general stealthiness of the aircraft benefits from the inheritance of the Z-19 which was conceived from the design, with a geometrically worked form, the application of absorbent paint, as well as measures to reduce its thermal signature.

During its first test flight, the Z-19E performed several different maneuvers, such as lateral and aft shift, circle maneuver and diving. The aircraft is "armed" with 8 Air-Sol missiles, 1 basket of 18 rockets and 1 cannon pod, but without
