Well Z-10 has an apache style tail and it's already starting to enter service -- I doubt they would substantially redesign it that much -- and the Z-19 is supposedly developed from the Z-9, which has a fenestron tail rotor as well.Looks like the Z-10, are you guys sure this is a new design?? I can't really tell if there is any visual difference between the "Z-19" and Z-10 besides the fantail tail rotor design.
I'm no expert, but wouldn't the position of the Z-19's engine exhaust (pointing upwards) interfere a bit with the lift of the aircraft? It may not interfere by much, but I believe that it might be more efficient if the exhaust wasn't oriented that way.
