I would be surprised. I am pretty sure it will be 128.

If it's 112 though would be curious to know what their thinking is.

I'm intensely curious as to what that stripe represents. Anyone care to speculate what this is? I think we can rule out IFF since it's not omnidirectional. Possibly ECM?

From accessible data and news in my hand it seems that VLS on type 055 is general purpose system,hot-cold launch(sorry for that I'm really unsure what should the Chinese words '冷 热 共 架'properly translated to),and of course "visbly"(same word in the source I have read)extend in the size compare to classic VLS such as Mk 41.

Yes, I mean that I would be surprised if they did not have 128 of the larger universal VL cells.
