Ok ... there's always something one can learn, however I still rate this report not reliable and my feeling tells me that the author indeed meant entering PLAN service = entering operation service, something that not even one of the carriers you mentioned was at the time of "commissioning".

Yes she have finished shipyards trials after delivered to the Navy and new trials officials and commissioning so in service normaly in 2019 i think some fans wanted in 2018 LOL

I am not saying it is a problem Yes it could be just normal planned inspection I was expecting they goto the next test maybe too optimistic Anyway here is the latest photo from Lkj86

Not unusual at all. The went out on the first builder's trials and they are:

1) Correcting anything necessary
2) Continuing with preparation ofr more trials and adding more finishing touches.
