SINGAPORE (NNS) – The U.S. Navy and Republic of Singapore Navy completed the 21st annual Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) Singapore after 11 days of comprehensive training both at sea and ashore, July 24.

CARAT Singapore featured a series of dynamic training engagements including a five-day sea phase involving ships, submarines and aircraft from both countries.

PHILIPPINE SEA (July 24, 2015) An MH-60S Sea Hawk helicopter from the Golden Falcons of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 12 delivers supplies from the aircraft carrier USS George Washington (CVN 73) to the Military Sealift Command dry cargo and ammunition ship USNS Washington Chambers (T-AKE 11) during a replenishment-at-sea. George Washington and its embarked air wing, Carrier Air Wing (CVW) 5, are on patrol in the 7th Fleet area of responsibility supporting security and stability in the Indo-Asia-Pacific region. George Washington will conduct a hull-swap with the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76) later this year after serving seven years as the U.S. Navy's only forward-deployed aircraft carrier in Yokosuka, Japan. Here's how the US Navy tests its naval ordinance.

SINKEX of USS Cushing, a former Spruance class destroyer in 2008 with numerous weapons. The DD took a beating and it took numerous large hits from Harpoons, Laser Guided bombs, JDAMS, etc.

Good stuff.
