As it seems, between November 12 - 17, 2024 again the Zhuhai Airshow will be held and as I see it, it is welcoming foreigners this year again.
However from what I heard by colleagues around, due to the new internet security rules many rate it as too risky visiting the show nowadays.

Anyway, what can we expect to see? Are there already any rumours out?

Will the J-20A and the J-35 be present for the first time? What about the KJ-600, Y-20B, Z-20F/F or maybe even the new attack helicopter?

Do your colleagues also work for western intelligence? Don't be scared, just check it out for yourself, worst case scenario you get a free cup of tea and a professional presentation on military etiquette in China.

Actually I'm working not for a western intelligence service, however I'm sure they know my stuff! And concerning tea, I like tea very much, but I prefer coffee ;)

Can you write more about those new internet security rules? What does that mean? What are those rules and what do they limit?

I think it's probably a great time to visit China. And yes it could be that new aircraft will be displayed.

I wouldn't worry too much about the Chinese internet security rules. Just make sure you act as the guest you are. Are you concerned about the internet security rules in the West given what happened with Julian Assange?
