Night vision surveillance camera system. It's compact, man portable, and can be installed on vehicles or watch towers. It uses sophisticated post-processing to brighten and add colors to the video feed, so that pitch darkness can look almost as bright as day.

Zhuhai airshow is over. According to this, $39.6 billion of deals for 549 aircraft were signed

We know that 330 of those aircraft are for C919 and ARJ-21s that got signed. I would imagine a good chunk of remaining are for drones. There is an interesting question of how much military exports were done.

The list price for C919 is $90 million and ARJ-21 is $38 million. That's about $28 billion in value. However, we know that in most aircraft deals involving a lot of aircraft, deep discounts are negotiated. 40% is quite standard. Using that, the COMAC deals could be as low as $17 billion.

So depending on how they summed up the total, we could be looking at anywhere from $12 to 22 billion for military export.

Speculation is that China has secured several huge deals with Middle Eastern countries. Among which is the entire mechanized brigades that would probably cost several billions for export. Aside from that, other obvious exports are drones to Saudi Arabia, Algeria and Egypt. Also radar systems are quite popular. Same with 052DE orders and also AWACS orders.

i wonder what is the equipment that china sold abroad. From the looks of it, seems to me that chinese planes dont sell very well compared to drones and land equipment. And what is "052DE" ?
