One more cockpit image. I wonder if this is the full standard crew complement: two pilots + three other (gunners/crew chiefs + flight engineer?)

I'd be willing to bet that, given the size of the z-20, that the gentleman in the middle seat is some kind of instructor or examiner. He's the only one without a helmet and it's fairly common practice for instructors to sit in the jump seat in aviation.

This has been posted elsewhere today, so just posting it here for archival/reference sake.

It looks like our first Z-20F in PLAN service colours and roundel, potentially indicating it has entered service or is about to, at the time this picture was taken (which obviously we do not know).

Interesting to add, according to the photographer‘s original image link this particular aircraft was/is still prototype number 6220 and it was taken on my birthday on 30th January 2024.

I wonder what made them identify it as 6220. I can't spot it on the airframe itself in the image.

Exactly my consideration too … I will try to find a good image for closer comparison since at least at first sight it looks more like a new production aircraft.
