Sgt. Brian Dalka, Security Force member, Provincial Reconstruction Team Ghazni, gives a sucker to a local boy from a returnee village outside of Ghazni City, Afghanistan. PRT Ghazni was in the village to check on a completed project funded by U.S. Agency for International Development. The project is a building which was constructed with the help of a grant from USAID. It is used by the 750 villagers as a community center. The people of this village were originally from the Dichondi Province but fled during the 90's after civil war and drought plagued the area.
