Here is a visual comparison of approximate flight deck and helicopter hanger sizes for the current US Navy major combatants excluding Aircraft Carriers and Amphibious Assault vessels. In other words, LCS, Frigates, Destroyers, and Cruisers.
This is an interesting comparison. All of the newest vessels have significantly larger flight decks. It will be interesting to see if there is any difference in the Burke III design. I highly doubt it because it will surely be based on the same hull as the Flight IIa, with the Radars and the VLS cell count being the principle changes.
