Thus far the artist renders were spot on. As to the head on views the tail sections are critical. The B2 roll out NG and the USAF wanted to keep the exhaust ports from being seen. Aviation week infamously rented a Cessna and captured footage from above. So NG during roll out this time has kept her in the hanger.
Wasn't that the F-22?

I find it interesting only a head on picture has been released at the "unveiling". What's the bet the shape of it is very different to the 2016 render?

Had this been a Chinese or Russian unveiling, the lack of pictures from other angles would be seen as proof that it is only a mock up and a complete failure of a project that won't fly until 2130 or something

The giveaway that the plane is functional (and should live up to its expected marketing) is that even the Global Times is seething mad about the plane instead of being dismissive as it usually is

Imagine what we could take out of every The War Zone article whenever they report on something Chinese or Russian, then. Everything is a copy of something western and probably doesn't work.

If The War Zone suddenly became seething mad instead of dismissive, that would in fact, be highly interesting and inferences would be reasonably drawn as is the case with Global Times which is generaly dismissive of US capabilities, well until now

I'm curious how much the thrust could the engine produces. That allows some estimates on MTOW to be made, B-2 AFAIK have T/W of some 0.2. The B-21 use apparently a non afterburning version of the F-135 or a variant of it.

That's a lot of assumptions to make for it to work.

Western media in general is always seething mad whenever China does or doesn't do something. By that logic, then China has soundly beat the West without firing a single shot.

Wrong. US military cries to media the sky is falling so that media can cry to politicians that China is scary and US military needs more funding.
