The whole ship is a CGI. Maybe CGI PS'ed into an image.
This picture came out before the real 120 Chengdu crept into its new home and naval port --- without any pennant number.
Another clue what's wrong with the CGI is that it has the old style ESM which had cylindrical shaped covers, while the newer ones which the latest batches have, including the real 120 Chengdu, is shaped like a drug capsule or R2D2, with the top that's rounded.
The second clue is that the CGI still has the far field calibration probe "windshield wiper" under its AESA. The newer batches of ships do not feature this probe at all, and should feature an in panel, in array calibration method. The real 120 Chengdu included.
