I love how Takaichi left it to the Japanese media to ask Trump about pressing China on rare earths. Maybe Japan thinks Biden’s “The Firm” is still in operation. Takaichi can’t look desperate to ask herself in front of the media.
I mean he basically implied the goal of his attack was to harm Japan, and so obviously you wouldn't tell your enemy (Japan) what you plan to do.
