This guy's joking or his IQ is subterranean. If this were real, the only way the restaurant would find out is if someone saw his clip and relayed it to his employer. There's no other way they could get the info out of ICE. I don't even think ICE necessarily asked him who he is during the report; he did say he placed an anonymous tip.
