Siege, these are GREAT photos, and it looks like you had a great visit and a lot of fun.

Thanks for sharing!

The only downside of the visit was the wind (probably 20-30 mph). Barely had anytime to stay on the flightdeck as a result.

They finished the renovation work on the A-4, A-3, F-18, and the A-7 since I visited in December 2014. I have a feeling that they plan on adding more planes since there is definitely more room both above and below deck for more exhibits..

We are thinking that this fall, during my annual pilgrimage to MD Anderson in Houston, of swinging through Corpus and seeing the Lady Lex.

For our fifth wedding anniversary (now 33 years ago!), we went to North Padre for three days and had a great time and a lot of fun...but the wind does blow there!

That looks like a lot of fun, I went to Oshkosh to see the F8F Bearcat fly, but missed it, it was a nasty day at the airshow, with a lot of low slow show..... I folded up camp and headed home, a really dumb mistake, I'm sure I would have loved seeing Dojo at Milwaukee on Saturday, and I couldn't hardly see after all the time in the saddle, I left at 3:15 AM and returned home at 12 AM, a long day of driving, and I got a speeding ticket driving through a little burg 20 miles from home--- made me cuss... dang little punk copper! a Central Obamstan tax collector rent a cop... dang it. I should have stayed in Wisconsin....
