If they actually shot down an ELINT and it fell on the Pakistanis side (since Bhakts didn’t parade the wreckage) then PAF probably hired Flash or Superman to do the cleanup.

There are plenty of videos and photos of downed IAF aircraft on the Indian side. In fact even a villager died in the secondary explosion at one.
This is also acknowledged begrudgingly by their own military chief.
