I wonder if you could fit a parachute that make the expensive parts recoverable after shootdown.yeah, survivability is an issue for that. networked J-35s providing data to AWACS is probably good enough.
I think even if we don't think highly of Indian air defense, the potential for improvement over next 10 years is still quite high, just because the increased computation power, sensors and AI that is becoming available.
The good news is that the Indian long range SAMs aren't likely to improve over that time period, so any J-35s delivered to Pakistan is likely to have quite a bit of success against what is obviously going to be a legacy system by then.
More excotic solution could be multiple blimps of small radars like T/R modules. Or having the expensive electronics on the ground and send a signal up so it works like a PESA with antenna in blimp and transmitter in a bunker.
